OmegaFlex DoubleTrac Double Walled Pipework from Fuel Storage Systems LTD
Fuel Storage Systems engineers are trained and certified installers for OmegaFlex DoubleTrac pipework systems with vast amounts of experience on a number of large installation projects.
As with all the line of semi-rigid piping from OmegaFlex, DoubleTrac is flexible and approved for direct burial piping which is easier to install and is less labour intensive than rigid piping systems. DoubleTrac requires no special tools to assemble, can be bent by hand and the patented field attachable fittings provide a perfect metal to metal seal though proven technology. It’s supplied in continuous lengths from a reel that eliminates the need for joints, no electro-fusion joint welding, no adhesives, no curing problems, and importantly no leaks.
DoubleTrac’s innovative double wall design includes a UV stabilised Nylon 12 outer layer, providing brilliant resistance to weathering, and chemical exposure. Elbows and tees available to facilitate installations in restricted spaces, ensuring double containment flows throughout all fittings.
Routes easily along or underneath docks. The Nylon 12 outer jacket is UV stabilised and salt water resistant; no chase pipe required. Can be supplied in extra long continuous lengths; eliminating transition sumps on the dock. Additionally, a double containment flexible floating dock connector is available.

EFEP Secondary Barrier Jacket
This layer is bonded to the Nylon 12 protective layer to offer secondary containment with exceptional permeation resistance for product compatibility. Interstitial space allows continuous monitoring for leak detection, with a 50 psig rating for pressurised systems.

Double walled tanks are the tanks that contain a primary inner tank inside a secondary containment tank.
